Notes

• Please advise the Secretary if you have any issues or concerns you wish to raise at the meeting if not attending;
• Please notify the Secretary if you do not intend to remain on the committee for another term and/or notify the Secretary on the slip below if your Association will be putting forward a candidate for election;
• Under the rules of the Federation, members which have not renewed their membership for 2012 by the date of the meeting are deemed to have lapsed and will no be able to attend and vote.
• Delegates may claim mileage from the Treasurer for attending this meeting on the form available.

In the past there had been funding available toward air conditioning and van cages provided by the GBGB.

Currently there is a hardship fund and trainers, who are in particular financial difficulty, can apply for a grant from this fund.

In a hotly contested and thrilling night, screened by Sky with their usual panache, congratulations go to Nick Savva, who sprang a ’40-1′ surprise to clinch the prize.
